Killed in car accident around Fort Leonard Wood with Elroy Schulte; another man not from Wentzville was also killed. Sam Anselm was the sole survivor. Stanley was taken to the hospital on base and died the next morning. Stanley’s sister, Goldie Felderwerth would later be killed in a car accident.
